Terms and Conditions for Application Usage
To protect your rights and interests in using this application, please read all the terms and conditions thoroughly and agree to abide by the following stipulations:
Scope of the Agreement and Terms of Use
This agreement and the terms of use for registering to use this application are made between MotherShip Development Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," which is the application producer, to set forth the agreement and terms of use of the application with you, hereinafter referred to as "the User."
Acceptance of the Agreement and Terms of Use
The User must agree and comply with the conditions that appear in these terms of use or in any future amended versions. By agreeing to use this application, the Company assumes your consent and agreement with these or any subsequently amended terms and conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to change, modify, revoke, stop, suspend, or inhibit the terms or usage at its discretion and as per other changes, which will be announced on the application. The User should periodically visit the application and check for any announced changes to the terms. If the User accesses the application after changes have been announced, it is considered that they accept and agree to the changes. The Company can ignore and will not be responsible for any damages or benefits to the User arising from unawareness of these announcements.
- Users should regularly check the application. If they keep using the service after changes are announced, it means they accept the new terms. The company isn't responsible for any issues if users miss the announcements.
- The User must register to use the application, providing all information truthfully.
- The application will be used under Thai law or international law that is applicable and accepted by many countries, or as per state policy, to ensure that the application provided by the Company is lawful and not against state policy.
- In case the Company needs to add content to the application or for administrative necessities, the User agrees to allow the Company to make changes, both online and offline.
- If the application notifies you of information, alerts, benefits, updates, etc., on your phone or computer, it is considered that you accept such notifications unconditionally.
- The Company is not responsible for any delay in system connectivity to the internet, which may cause delay or unavailability at times.
Usage
Usage includes the following:
- Downloading the application for installation on your phone or computer to receive all types of information, publicity, benefits, and activities from the Company.
- Registering for a user account and password, and participating in various activities organized by the Company.
- The Company is the producer and publisher of the application for use on phones or computers only.
Registration for Application Use
You must register by providing personal details as specified truthfully and correctly to use the Company's application, such as name, gender, email (if available), mobile phone number, address as per identity card, and postal code. Once registered, it cannot be changed. The Company will verify your personal details as registered. If found to be false, dishonest, illegal, against state policy, or potentially harmful to the Company, the Company can refuse and immediately cancel such registration and any benefits.
Account and Password for Use
The Company will allow you to set up a user account and password as follows:
For accounts set up using email:
- Username: The User can freely determine a username from 2 characters upwards, using English letters in upper or lower case, or numbers, without spaces, or any combination thereof. If the chosen username is already in use, the system will notify you to set a new one.
- Password: The User can freely set a password of no less than 8 characters, using English letters in upper and lower case and at least 1 number, without spaces and without using Thai characters
For security and convenience, you should set a password known only to you, hard to guess, and keep it recorded in a safe place.
For accounts created by referencing LINE or Facebook accounts:
- Username: After referencing your LINE or Facebook account and being verified as the owner, you will receive a one-time pin to access your account.
- Users with an existing account must update their information correctly.
- First-time users must complete their information accurately for registration.
If you create or update your account by referencing LINE or Facebook, you don't need to set a username, as the system will use your LINE or Facebook account name (as a code) as your username in this application.
After completing the registration information, you must read "Terms and Conditions for Application Use" and accept it for your account creation and update to be complete.
Password for Use
Both existing and new account users who access their account by referencing their LINE or Facebook will receive a one-time pin for the first access. Subsequent accesses do not require a password or one-time pin, as your account on this application is already linked to your LINE or Facebook. Therefore, you must keep your mobile phone secure to ensure safety in using this application.
- Your user account and password will be managed in the Company's database system, kept confidential in a standard storage system, and will not be disclosed without your permission.
- The User must carefully manage their user account and password. The Company is not responsible for any personal information disclosed to others due to your storage, or if your phone or computer is lost, or if data is lost from the system or any program of your device, or in any force majeure circumstances.
- The Company will use your personal information for internal use only, for purposes beneficial to you and the Company related to this and future promotional activities.
- In case the Company's database system is hacked electronically or lost, damaged due to force majeure or any circumstances, the Company will not be responsible.
Limitations on Use
The application, user accounts, passwords, and all information in the application are the property of the Company. Regardless of how the information was obtained, the Company merely grants the right to use the account, username, password for a specified period. The Company reserves the right to change, reclaim, suspend, or cancel the account, username, password, and application at any time without prior notice and is not responsible for any damages to the User.
- The Company can suspend user accounts that violate user obligations, misuse the account, or are involved with other individuals who are not the registrant, causing damage. Users who allow others to access their account due to leaked user accounts or passwords, under their care, will be subject to action.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend user accounts and all information in the application, considering appropriateness in controlling or defining aspects of the application.
- The Company holds all rights and authority over user data in the application. If the Company deems it necessary to control or improve the application, it can add, modify, or change aspects of the application without prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Company is the sole owner and rights holder of intellectual property on this application. No one is allowed to copy, replicate, transfer, modify, amend, adapt, publish in any other format, whether in whole or in part, without written permission from the Company. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
